塑膠手板的加工流程是什么樣的？

塑膠手板加工的過(guò)程：
Processing process of plastic hand board:
1、設(shè)計(jì)圖紙：手板圖紙一般都是用AUTOCAD來(lái)做的。需要有的設(shè)計(jì)人員才行。
1. Design drawings: hand board drawings are generally made with AutoCAD. Professional designers are needed.
2、編程：編程人員分析3D數(shù)據(jù)，編寫(xiě)控制數(shù)控加工的程式語(yǔ)言。
2. Programming: programmers analyze 3D data and write program language to control CNC machining center.
3、cnc加工：執(zhí)行程式命令，更確切的說(shuō)應(yīng)該是這樣的——數(shù)控機(jī)床的刀按照程序設(shè)定的路徑，在塑膠材料上面來(lái)回的雕刻，將多余的部分去掉，從而得到塑膠手板模型的雛形。
3. CNC processing: execute the program command, more specifically, it should be like this - the knife of the NC machine tool carves back and forth on the plastic material according to the path set by the program, and removes the excess part, so as to obtain the prototype of the plastic hand board model.
4、打磨：一個(gè)零件在CNC的數(shù)控機(jī)床通過(guò)加工之后，它的表層會(huì)有很多的毛邊和刀痕。靠這些機(jī)器是無(wú)法避免的。所以這就需要人為的手工處理這些問(wèn)題。通常，都會(huì)用拋光膏進(jìn)行拋光，或者用砂紙進(jìn)行打磨。打磨的 時(shí)候應(yīng)該注意到問(wèn)題，是需要用很粗的砂紙進(jìn)行粗加工打磨。去掉表面那層很粗的毛刺之后再進(jìn)行細(xì)紋的打磨。
4. Grinding: after a part is processed by CNC machine tool, its surface will have a lot of burrs and knife marks. It is inevitable to rely on these machines. Therefore, it is necessary to deal with these problems manually. Usually, it is polished with polishing paste or sandpaper. Attention should be paid to problems during grinding. First, rough machining and grinding need to be carried out with very coarse sandpaper. Remove the coarse burr on the surface and then polish the fine lines.
5、噴油：手板制作cnc加工完畢可以按照客戶(hù)提供的顏色編通號(hào)來(lái)上色

6、絲印：很多公司都有自主，在CNC手板制做時(shí)也需要把公司標(biāo)志或者產(chǎn)品型號(hào)印在CNC手板樣上
6. Silk screen printing: many companies have their own brands. When making CNC hand boards, they also need to print the company logo or product model on the CNC hand board samples
7、組裝：就是將塑膠手板模型的各個(gè)零件組裝起來(lái)，處理后就是對(duì)裝配問(wèn)題進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)檢測(cè)。
7. Assembly: it is to assemble all parts of the plastic hand board model, and after processing, it is to detect the data of the assembly problem.
